Site Supervisor

Our site supervisor manages all aspects of the house. This person ensures that proper care is delivered to consumers by:

• Overseeing direct care staff and ensuring that their training requirements are complete
  
  
• Keeping accurate records of medical appointments, arranging or transporting consumers to medical appointments and ensuring that doctors’ orders are followed
  
  
• Coordinating meetings and maintaining positive relationships with the IDT
  
  
• Ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and licensing requirements
